In addition to my main job as a special education teacher, I have been working with relaxation and resolution techniques since the birth of my children in 2007 in order to change old and unpleasant thought patterns and habits into positive ones.
Lu Jong (literally translated: body training) is a precious treasure of the Tibetans. It includes body movements from ancient traditions to improve physical and mental health and has its roots in Tibetan medicine and ancient natural teachings and is much older than yoga, which originated in India, or Chinese Qi Gong.
