Many leisure activities are possible from the holiday home: currently all ski lifts are open and there is enough snow for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, or snowboarding. But also visits to museums, city tours to Krumau, Linz, and Passau, hiking in the Bavarian Forest and Bohemian Forest, or simply resting, enjoying the silence, reading a good book, looking out at the greenery. The holiday home offers space for up to 5 people and is set in 1,300 square metres of meadowland with mature trees. Pets are allowed, SAT-TV and free WLAN are available. Many hiking trails start right on the doorstep. Golfing, archery, city tours, swimming, everything is close by. The chalet is comfortably furnished to a high standard. There is a lockable room for skis, e-bikes or mountain bikes. You can park right outside the door.

The holiday home is situated on a meadow with mature trees. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with tiled stove, kitchen and adjoining room with pull-out couch, on the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedroom with double bed was furnished by a carpenter with Swiss stone pine furniture. The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with glass shower screen, a washbasin with vanity unit and a WC.
