It is located close to various cross-country skiing, cycling and hiking trails. The "Panyhaus" inn is a 3 minute walk away.

The holiday home "Frieda" offers a spacious and fully equipped kitchen-living room. The dining area offers space for 6 people. A comfortable sofa is also available.

Through the hall you enter the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second bedroom with a bunk bed (3 beds) and a couch. In the bathroom/WC there is a bathtub + shower.

Our sun terrace invites you to simply pause and enjoy the view.

Arrival/check-in: between 14:00 and 18:00 (earlier or later on request).
Departure/check-out: between 09:00 and 11:00 (earlier or later on request)
Pets/Dogs only on request! Extra fee of 5,00 € per night!
Minimum booking 2 persons, price per night/person is 45,00 € (April to November) and 50,00 € (December to March). For each additional person we charge 20,00 € per night.
When booking, we ask our guests to transfer the invoice amount. We will inform you of the account details by e-mail.

From Aigen-Schlägl, follow the Grünwald estate road or the signs for the "Panyhaus" inn. The access road to the "Frieda" holiday home is approx. 80 m after the car park for the inn on the left-hand side.

From Aigen-Schlägl, drive in the direction of Diendorf or follow the signs for "Haagerhof". Turn left after the "Haagerhof" and drive to Grünwald. From the town sign "Grünwald" drive approx. 1 km in the direction of the "Panyhaus" inn. Afterwards as above.
