The chakra circuit at Kleebauer Hof is ideal for feeling the individual chakras, finding out more about them and strengthening them through meditation.

The Kleebauer Hof Chakra Trail starts directly at the Kleebauer Hof. The approximately one-hour circular trail leads past the alpacas into the forest, where the plaque for the first chakra is located. Chakras are the energy centres of the human being, the seven main chakras are located along the spine up to the crown of the head.

When the chakras are open, the energy can flow through the body without interference. The individual chakra stations are located in the forest, at the fish pond, at a forest clearing and at the rock formations typical of the Mühlviertel.

Before starting the tour, hikers can pick up the free chakra path guide book at the Kleebauer Hof (between 08.00 h - 20.00 h), where the 7 chakras are described and a meditation is given for each chakra (can also be listened to as audio via QR code).
