1.4 km Schlägl Abbey. The running route continues along the main road, cross the roundabout. At the Donabauer candle factory, turn right onto Güterweg Schachling. The tarmac road leads steeply uphill here.
2.4 km At the left-hand bend, look out for the junction to the right. A short section of forest follows before you reach the tarmac road again. Turn right here and walk downhill.
3.2 km You reach the main road, which leads from Schlägl to Zaglau. Here you continue to the right over the bridge over the Große Mühl river.
3.6 km You will soon turn left onto the Mühlweg. Look out for the "Freibad" sign at the next junction and turn left again.
4.2 km The running route takes you past the outdoor pool. Immediately afterwards, you leave the tarmac road and turn left along the meadow path towards the forest and run through it. After the end of the forest, the running route leads across the meadow parallel to the river Große Mühl.
5.4 km At the Bruckhäuseln turn right onto the tarmac road, which leads you to
