"Rural Life & Crafts" is the name of the exhibition housed in the Heimathaus (Steinbloß House)!
When the local history society was founded in 1990, it set itself the task of preserving and maintaining old cultural assets. Until then, the exhibition "Rural Life and Handicrafts" had been housed in an old pull-out house 4 km from the village centre, but then there was no longer enough space for the extensive collection. Thus, the new Heimathaus, with its beautiful - for the Mühlviertel typical - stone masonry, was established directly in the village.Every first Sunday of the month (1 May - 31 September) from 2-5pm or in the winter months by appointment with Mr Rudolf Resch, Tel. 07288 2620.
