This church became too small due to population growth and the founding of many villages, so that an enlargement was undertaken in 1825. The presbytery was left essentially unchanged, but the central nave was extended by two parallel aisles: Above this new, enlarged space, new, higher vaults were built. Thus the church was built as a three-nave, two-bay nave with barrel vaulting.
During the renovation in 1979, two portals were created and the presbytery was designed to provide a spacious area for liturgical celebrations.
Usually open, otherwise ask at the parish office.
