Carpet weaving

The family business is located on a southern slope of the Bohemian Forest with a marvellous view of the Alpine foothills. Here, the family members produce customised carpets on hand looms from sheep's wool, cotton, pile and material blends.

The Hoheneder weaving mill is a family business that has been based in Schwarzenberg am Böhmerwald for over 60 years. With a wonderful view of the Mühlviertel and the Alps, the weaving mill offers an idyllic location. The carpets are woven on hand looms in customised widths and are very popular with customers. The high quality of the hand-woven sheep's wool carpets is achieved through loving craftsmanship, which is greatly appreciated by customers.
