In the Stiftskeller, the region, season and nature decide what is served on the table. The quality of the meat is guaranteed by a local master butcher, the game comes from our own hunt and the bread comes from the neighbouring bakeries. As an ideal accompaniment to the food, we recommend the most valuable beer in Austria, which has been brewed just a few metres from the Stiftskeller since 1580 and actually ends up in the cooking pot.Kitchen hours: 11:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
