Grias Eich" with us at the Ganser organic farm. We, Tanja and Thomas, run the Ganser organic farm as a family business. You will find us in the beautiful Mühlviertel, more precisely in St. Ulrich im Mühlkreis. Our small farm has been run as a full-time business according to strict organic guidelines since 1995. And with a lot of dedication and passion.

DA GONSA. A little bit about us.

We farm approx. 20 hectares of grassland and approx. 10 hectares of arable land, as well as approx. 10 hectares of forest. We grow the best organic grain on our fields. You can get organic spelt, organic rye, organic spelt rice and much more from us.

Many animals live with us on the farm. As our main business is dairy farming, we have around 25 dairy cows. We also have a few chickens, pigs and turkeys living on the farm.

Dairy farming is our main focus. Our cows are always allowed to move freely in the loose housing and on the pasture. They also receive only the best feed from our own farm. We supply the milk to Berglandmilch and we are part of the "Back to the source" project.

WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL.

Our philosophy is to organise the day with a lot of joy and to create a happy existence for both humans and animals. Animal welfare is one of the most important principles on our farm. We are part of small-scale farming and we think that's a good thing. Everything is manageable here and we can ensure that our products are 100% organic. We make our products lovingly by hand and always fresh. We therefore ask for your understanding that not every product is always available at all times.
