Distilling has something meditative for me. It's a balance for me to the stressful professional life for me. I (he) do something. In the quiet hours, I find access to nature and learn how to deal with it.

Another very positive side effect is noticeable. I have other hobbies besides the distillery. The songwriting gives me great pleasure, and it just gushes out of me.

Social aspect

I am a very sociable person and attach great importance to the care of social contacts. The schnapps burning has a social aspect for me as well. The Stadlbrennerei is always something going on in our area. Friends, neighbors and family meet and we exchange ideas.

The Party Street

The Stadlbrennerei is something of an adventure world. It has multiple functions, so to speak. Partystadl, distillery, tasting place and meeting place in a building.
