Intensive meditation - RuJing Crane QiGong

Meditation (RuJing) is an important part of TCM and from the point of view of life care, the mind should often be put into a calming and relaxing state and preserved internally. 

Crane QiGong is a combination of centred mental activity that guides the body internally throughout the exercise. The uniform and elastic body movements are modelled on the observations of the crane.
