After the comprehensive brewery tour, culinary highlights prepared with beer are served in the unique ambience of the abbey cellar. This is accompanied by beer that harmonises perfectly with the respective dish.
Brew Pavilion
With an exciting multimedia installation and surprising mirror effects, the visual beer experience in the Brew Pavilion stimulates the senses. The pavilion floats in the middle of the production process, on the gallery of the bottling plant. When you enter it, you find yourself in the centre of an infinitely high cylinder. As far as the eye can see, you are surrounded by distraction-free messages from the world of brewing and beer.
