Less is more
Just as we often poison our bodies with the wrong food, we also poison our minds with a lot of incompatible mental food. As a result, we often become very dull and sluggish in body and mind. If we now begin an inner cleansing process and throw off all this ballast, our original strength and joy will return to us, increasing the energy of renewal and creativity.

Clarity and orientation
Fasting gives us inner clarity and silence gives us orientation.

Silence means that we limit our speech to the essentials and do not lose ourselves in conversation. In this way, we always stay close to ourselves. It is not a silencing, but a reduction to a few words a day, so we begin to hear our
own inner voice (again).

With fasting, also known as short-term fasting, we eat once a day as usual, but reduced, preferably for breakfast and the rest of the day we drink tea, lots of water or/and lemon water with honey.

In addition, we move a lot during the day with walking meditation, Tibetan healing yoga and centre movements.
