The state-of-the-art exhibition in the Schwarzenberg local history museum in the old primary schools is dedicated to the famous "son of the Bohemian Forest" Adalbert Stifter.

Visitors are given an overview of Stifter's life and his literary and artistic work. In addition, Stifter's work as a teacher and school inspector as well as his visionary school building campaign in the Lande ob der Enns are honoured.

Thanks to a contactless access system and electronic audio guides, visitors can explore the entire Heimathaus - including the Adalbert Stifter exhibition and the Holy Sepulchre - independently all year round and soak up the unique atmosphere.
