When a gentle blanket of snow covers the landscape, it awakens a cosy feeling of tranquillity and fond memories. Experience a winter in the Upper Austrian Mühlviertel, in the unspoilt Bohemian Forest, as it was back then and enjoy slowing down - with yoga, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Treat your body to some gentle exercise on these days with two cross-country skiing units (one unit for a 4-night stay) and a meditative snowshoe tour through the Bohemian Forest.

During the snowshoe hike together, you will make your tracks from Schöneben towards Hochficht through the snow-covered winter forest - with every step you take, you will find more and more relaxation.

In the two daily yoga sessions you will find balance and stretching for the body and centring for the mind. The Friday evening ends gently and calmly with a guided meditation .
