Impressive lookout rock

1,077 m above sea level; „Bärenstein“ is an ideal lookout rock with far-reaching views over the rolling open land of „Mühlviertel“ and sometimes even as far as the Limestone Alps to the south and the wide expanse of the Vltava reservoir in the north. Starting from Grünwald you can reach this rock formation within half of an hour. From the centre of Aigen it will take you about 2 hours. Trail suggestions
