The Bohemian Forest - the largest woodlands of Central Europe

 

Weite Wälder in der Ferienregion Böhmerwald

 

The Bohemian Forest its the largest cohesive woodland in Central Europe. Due to the region’s altitude and climate there is a predominance of the spruce (72 %). The beech tree forms 19 % and the fir tree 4 % of the stock.
